The gamma-ray spectrum of Er-166 is investigated in the (n, n'gamma) r
eaction by using new data on Tm-166 decay and the (p, t) and (t, p) re
actions. New 0+ levels (1713.3, 1934.5, and 2193.6 keV) are found to b
e depopulated. No rotational satellites of the levels 1703.05, 2+; 171
3.3, 0+; and 17.60.54 keV, 4+ have been discovered. The energy level d
iagram is supplemented with rotational bands with K(pi) = 3-: 1917.75,
3-; 1985.64, 4-; with K(pi) = 3+: 1938.28, 3+; 2016.2, 4+; and with K
(pi) = 2-: 2021.33, 2- and 2076.30 keV, 3-.
