Abstract
The objective of this paper is to report the uncommon association of h yperparathyroidism (one case resulting from an adenoma and the other f rom chief cell hyperplasia) and sarcoma of bone. The radiographic appe arances of both cases were thought to be a little unusual and are disc ussed in detail. The possible relationship of the sarcomas to brown tu mors is discussed.
