Abstract
The thermodynamic fluctuation near a certain critical temperature of a n isolated, radiating Kerr-Newman black hole with charge and angular m omentum not both zero is investigated. Divergence is found in the mean square fluctuation of mass and entropy of the black hole as the criti cal temperature is approached. This gives further support to the exist ence of a second order phase transition for Kerr-Newman black holes.
