A 10-year-old boy with a unilateral septic cavernous sinus thrombosis
complicating infection of the ethmoidal and maxillary sinuses is descr
ibed. The causative agents identified were Eikenella corrodens and Sta
phylococcus aureus. The disease was cured without any sequelae.
