Abstract
Eosinophilic pulmonary infiltration is an uncommon presentation from c ocaine abuse. We present a patient with migratory pulmonary infiltrate s and eosinophilia consistent with Loffler's syndrome. Our review unco vered two other similar patients. The importance of early recognition is stressed in our report. Either abstinence from cocaine usage and/or steroids result in resolution of this illness.
