The patient we describe was fist treated in a clinic for child and ado
lescent psychiatry in the age of nine. Now the girl is 13 years old an
d stays over four years with short interruptions in different clinics
for child and adolescent psychiatry. With different clinical treatment
s the diagnosis changed. The last diagnosis was ''childhood desintegra
tive disorder'' with symptoms of conduct disorder''. The difficulties
in diagnosis, therapy and rehabilitation are described.
