D. Gaudioso et al., SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS OF EVAPORATIVE EMISSION ESTIMATES FROM GASOLINE PASSENGER CARS, Science of the total environment, 147, 1994, pp. 325-332
In order to compile comprehensive emission inventories, emission measu
rements have to be often replaced by emission estimates, produced star
ting from activity statistics and emission factors appropriate to the
activity. The aim of the present work is to study how uncertainty, or
the error related to the evaluation of every single parameter, affects
the emission estimate. The analysis will refer to different approache
s to the estimate of VOC evaporative emissions from gasoline engined v
ehicles.
