Abstract
The distributions of an electromagnetic field, the specular and total radiated intensities of a point electric dipole situated near semiboun ded plasma-like medium are obtained for specular, diffusive and random reflection of plasma charged particles from the interface. It is show n that the radiated field is completely determined by Fresnel's reflec tion coefficients of plane electromagnetic waves by a plasma half-spac e with taking into account the model of interaction of plasma charge-d particles with the boundary. The frequency spectrum of the dipole rad iation intensity is studied in detail in the ''cold'' plasma approxima tion.
