Abstract
We report a case with right intraventricular metastasis of colon carci noma which was diagnosed antemortem by the use of magnetic resonance i maging. Metastatic colon carcinoma of the heart is a rare diagnosis, a nd an uncommon finding at autopsy. We conclude that MR imaging is a va luable method for the diagnosis of the heart tumors.
