Abstract
Two cases are presented in which multiple episodic retrobulbar botulin um toxin injections have diminished incapacitating acquired oscillopsi a and nystagmus and improved visual acuity. One transient ptosis occur red in six procedures. Improvement duration averaged approximately thr ee months. This is a simple, safe and effective therapy where alternat ive treatments are typically unsatisfactory.
