Abstract
The aim of this work was to characterize the short range order in a ph ase Ni2CoCr which models the superalloy gamma phase. Anomalous scatter ing experiments were carried out using the synchrotron beam at LURE-DC I. The weakness of the short range order signal led us to take into ac count a more complex analysis technique rather than the usual one. Res ults show that only the NiCr pair is significantly ordered, the nature of this order being the same as Ni3Cr (DO22).
