Abstract
Digestive manifestations are uncommon in Behcet's disease. The authors reported 3 male patients between 20 and 30 years with Behcet's diseas e who developed surgical abdomen. Emergency surgical intervention foun d perfored ileal ulceration. Histological study of resection piece sho wed mainly intestinal angeitis with periphlebitis, venous thrombosis a nd obliterant endarteritis.
