A. Novikov et al., PC-CONTROLLED COMPLEX FOR MEASURING PARAMETERS OF SOFT-MAGNETIC MATERIALS AT FREQUENCIES AS HIGH AS 5 MHZ, Journal of magnetism and magnetic materials, 133(1-3), 1994, pp. 429-432
A PC-controlled setup has been designed to obtain B-H characteristics
and losses on magnetic materials in the frequency range 1 kHz-5 MHz, u
nder major and minor loops. Magnetic materials parameters are measured
under a program-specified waveform of the magnetic induction flux. Sp
ecial algorithms for the adjustment of the flux waveform and the magne
tic induction peak value have been developed. To obtain minor loops, a
background magnetization is carried out along the whole loop with the
induction peak value Bm, followed by a single magnetization within a
minor loop, the magnetic induction peak value being controlled. Provis
ion is made for continuous change of the magnetizing frequency, to inv
estigate resonance effects in the magnetic material. Experimental data
for B-H loops of various magnetics materials at frequencies 500 kHZ-5
MHz are available.
