Abstract
Integration of solid-state components in the same face as microstrip a ntennas is growing in interest A method to calculate the power radiate d by these circuits is presented. This calculation is helpful in evalu ating the perturbation on microstrip patch radiation patterns. Express ions of radiation power are given for diodes, monolithic amplifiers an d transistors.
