Abstract
Extraction of some metal ions and biologically active organic compound s as host-guest complexes from aqueous phase by solutions of crown com pounds in Vaseline oil was studied. The same extraction systems were s tudied using the extractant as a constituent of a carbon paste electro de. The conditions ensuring the maximum extraction capability of Vasel ine oil in the presence and absence of crown compound were found.
