Abstract
We report 11 cases of visceral leishmaniasis and we report, using West ern blot (WB) analysis the specifity of their anti-leishmania infantum antibodies. WB was found to be a sensitive test, specially useful in case of leishmaniasis undetected with classic serologic tests.
