L. Guillevin et al., FAMILY INCIDENCE OF ANTINUCLEAR ANTIBODIE S DURING SYSTEMIC LUPUS-ERYTHEMATOSUS, La Revue de medecine interne, 14(6), 1993, pp. 405-405
In the course of an extensive study of antinuclear antibodies in lupus
patients and their family members, three conclusions were reached : c
onformational epitopes were exceptionally targetted, one linear epitop
e per protein was immunodominant, and some antibodies correlated to th
e age whereas others were related to the inbreeding coefficient.
