Abstract
Aseptic abscesses affecting spleen and mesenteric lymph nodes are repo rted in five patients. The abscesses were diagnosed from one to three years ago before we discovered a Crohn's disease. All the patients rec eived corticosteroids successfully. A neutrophilic cellulary dysfuncti on is discussed.
