Abstract
Authors report the results of a clinical study of 120 patients with a confirmed leptospirosis in french polynesia between 1984 and 1990. The y show the clinical variety, the illness's complications, the difficul ties of the diagnosis's confirmation and the evolution treated by peni cillin. Three deaths were mourned.
