Abstract
We report three cases of Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia (PCP) in HIV-s eronegative patients. Two of them had been hospitalized for polymyosit is treatment near AIDS patients, respectively 1 and 4 months before PC P. We thus discuss the risk of hospital-acquired nosocomial PCP among immunocompromized patients.
