Abstract
This report documents 2 patients where P-ANCA positivity (anti-MPO Ab) was a feature of acute renal insufficiency produced by numerous inter stitial necrotizing granulomas without segmental glomerulitis or angii tis In both cases, immunosuppressive therapy lead to renal improvement . These 2 cases may be considered as an unusual kidney-limited Wegener 's granulomatosis.
