Abstract
Among 60 patients with Sjogren's syndrome (SS) according to the Europe an criteria, we report the results and correlates of minor salivary gl and biopsies(MSGB). The results show that inflammatory foci in MSGB ar e present in only 36 % of cases. They are correlated with clinical and biological signs of immune activation.
