Abstract
Serum concentration of 1-25 OHD3 was determined by radioimmunologic as say in 140 patients with various endocrine or metabolic diseases. It a ppears that this determination has a poor value for diagnosis and prog nosis but a real interest for comprehension of bone repercussion in th ese situations.
