Abstract
We present here a study of 28 french families by linkage analysis usin g six 17q21 polymorphic markers, from Mfd15 to 42D6 loci, around the B RCA1 gene locus.Results : 1) 50 % of our families are linked to BRCA1 gene. 2) genetical heterogenicity of the disease 3) << predictive diag nosis >> in one case.
