Abstract
We have measured quantitative HIV-1 plasma and cellular viremia in 40 seropositive patients and analysed the statistical correlation existin g between these markers of viral load and the surrogate markers used i n clinical practice : CD4, CD8, B2 microglobulin, Thymidine Kinase, Ne opterin, IgA, p 24, p 24 after acid dissociation immune complexes, Ab against p 25.
