Abstract
A retrospective analysis of 76 adult patients with dermatomyositis is presented. 25 patients (33 %) also had a malignancy which was diagnose d more than 1 year prior to (6 patients), concomitantly (16 patients) or more than 1 year after the occurence of dermatomyositis (3 patients ).
