Abstract
The authors report pulmonary CT-scan datas in 30 systemic sclerosis an d related disorders. Alveolitis and fibrosis are present in 22 patient s. Pulmonary density are correlated with decreased vital capacity but not with duration time. CT-scan appears as the most usefull exam to pe rform in systemic sclerosis.
