Abstract
7 patients suffering from localized scleroderma received high dose of 1,25 dihydroxycholecalciferol (1.25 gg/day). A significant improvement was observed within 2 to 24 months. Skin extensibility was significan tly increased after treatment. 1,25 dihydroxycholecalciferol could be beneficial in patients with localized scleroderma.
