Abstract
The nucleation and movement of the 180-degrees domain walls in (CH3NH3 )5Bi2Br11 crystals has been investigated by means of liquid crystals. The various shapes of domains during the polarization reversal has bee n observed and discussed, considering that the type of nucleation is t he . controlling factor in the propagation of the walls.
