Initiated oxidation and autooxidation of unstabilized automotive gasol
ines (mixture of alcohols and saturated and aromatic hydrocarbons) wer
e studied. Parameters that characterize the oxidizability of fuels and
their components were determined. The permissible shelf lives at vari
ous temperatures for the two most stable fuel samples were estimated.
