Abstract
The physical processes taking place in plasma electron emitters based on a hollow-cathode reflected discharge are analysed. Spatial distribu tions of the plasma parameters in the discharge chamber and in the emi ssion channel have been calculated. The effect of electron emission on the plasma parameters in the discharge chamber and in the emission ch annel is discussed.
