Abstract
The effect of the ferrite grain size and the volume fraction of austen ite on the velocity of propagation of acoustic oscillations is investi gated using the example of 08Kh18T1 steel. The effect of the ferrite g rain size and the volume fraction of austenite on the relation between the hardness of steel and the velocity of propagation of acoustic osc illations is established.
