Abstract
The results of the electrochemical fluorination (ECF) of alpha,omega-d imorpholinoalkanes with two to six CH-2 units between the morpholine r ings are summarized. The crystal and molecular structures of the perfl uorinated compounds are presented and discussed. Conclusions on the me chanism of electrochemical fluorination are drawn based on an ionic me chanism and a steric model.
