Abstract
Bone graft harvest from the iliac crest for anterior cervical discecto my is common surgical practice. Its rate of complication remains far h igher than that of the cervical operation. We describe a method of har vest that we believe reduces post-operative complications and pain, fa cilitating early patient mobilization and discharge.
