The intermittency pattern associated with an out-of-equilibrium quark-
hadron phase transition in high-energy-density collisions, is derived.
Imposing dynamic scaling as a fundamental property of inside-outside
hadronization, a dynamic critical exponent is introduced and a set of
new power-laws is obtained. The deviations from the corresponding patt
ern of a static, second-order phase transition are examined and the ph
enomenological aspects of this new solution are discussed.
