Abstract
The influence of the thermal treatment of polyimide films on their fur ther behavior under the conditions of plasmochemical modification was studied. Changes in the wettability of these films were investigated. Structural changes in the films were studied using multiple attenuated total reflectance (ATR) IR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry.
