Abstract
A technique for the interpretation of interferograms with a spatial ca rrier, based on a phase-lock loop method has been recently developed. This method is applied to the analysis of lateral shearing interferogr ams. The great advantage of this procedure is that there is no need fo r any explicit phase unwrapping, since this is implicit within the pha se-locked loop method.
