Abstract
Three rare epithelial ovarian tumours, one malignant Brenner tumour, o ne transitional cell carcinoma and one Brenner tumour of borderline ma lignancy, are presented with special emphasis on the diagnostic, progn ostic and therapeutic modalities. Because the prognosis of transitiona l cell carcinoma of the ovary is worse, as in our case, than that of t he malignant Brenner tumour, this classification is justified.
