DRYING OF WASTE MATERIALS OF THE PAPER-IN DUSTRY

The increasing utilization of waste papers in board and paper manufact ure is causing increased quantities of remainders. This leads to deman ds for techniques to ensure further use or disposal of these materials . Drying them is a most important step, it would open up a variety of possibilities, leading to a completion of the circle of use. The pulsa tion dryer is already an economic proposition depending on local condi tions (a.o. size of installation and costs of dumping). Co-operation o f the supplier of the drying plant and of its user served to ensure wa ys of utilizing the dried materials. The range of treatable wet materi als can be enlarged if the dryer is installed with a second input mode .
