Abstract
Neurosyphilis and neuroborreliosis are currently the most important sp irochetal diseases that can affect the human nervous system. This revi ew presents current concepts of the epidemiology, clinical manifestati ons, laboratory diagnosis, and management of these disorders, and it p rovides special emphasis on the management of patients with both HIV i nfection and neurosyphilis.
