Abstract
A rare case of focal primary amyloidosis is presented with CT and MR c orrelation. Imaging findings demonstrate an expansile, mixed sclerotic and lytic lesion in the sternum, with MR signal characteristics simil ar to those previously described for diffuse primary amyloidosis and h emodialysis-related amyloidosis.
