Abstract
Pneumorachis, or air within the spinal canal, has rarely been describe d, particularly in conjunction with thoracic trauma. We report a case of pneumorachis and pneumocephalus in a patient with a tension pneumot horax and multiple closed thoracic spinal fractures.
