Abstract
An individual Holographic Optical Element (HOE) for a diode-laser arra y is recorded using the 813 nm diode output emission itself. The HOE t ransforms the emission pattern of the diode-laser array into that of a diffraction limited single stripe emitter. The feasibility of this me thod is demonstrated.
