Abstract
Morphine-ephedrine interaction on analgesia was studied in mice (n = 2 40) and in post-operative patients (n = 32). It was found that combini ng morphine and ephedrine enhances analgesia which is not significantl y different from the effect of morphine given alone at double dose.
