Abstract
Liquid-liquid equilibria of N-methyl-alpha-pyrrolidone with pentane, h exane, heptane, octane and nonane were measured by the synthetic metho d. The data were evaluated using the NRTL equation. From the parameter s of this equation the excess Gibbs energies and the excess enthalpies were calculated.
