Abstract
The XPS and XES investigations of YBa2Cu3O7 (Ag) and magnetron sputter ed films were performed. Temperature dependence of copper atoms charge state has been revealed in films and doped ceramics connected with cr ystallite orientation. Cu 2p1/2core level splitting at room temperatur e was found. Low temperature copper 3d- band shifts and Cu L spectra b roadenings have been observed.
