Abstract
Pumping Static-mixing Loop Fermentor(PS-Loop Fermentor) designed to en hance oxygen transfer into highly viscous solution is suitable for xan than fermentation. Equations relating circulation period and aeration with Kla and equations about the optimal operation were obtained. Xant han gum production was enhanced by this fermentor.
