Abstract
Use of two-dimensional NMR techniques, including the homonuclear COSY, NOESY, HETCOR and COLOC experiments, to unequivocally assign the H-1 and C-13 NMR data of the isoquinoline alkaloids (-)-salutaridine, (-)- dicentrine and (-)-tetrahydropalmatine is demonstrated.
