Abstract
We have built a wavelength tunable X-ray source for calibration of X-r ay dispersers. The source utilizes a double-element, constant exit-ang le monochromator to select a given X-ray energy out of a beam of broad -band radiation. An example of the sources utility for select crystal calibrations is presented.
