Abstract
A technique for unloading density gradient following centrifugation is described. The technique is based on Archimedes law and exploits self -movement of the lube plunged into bath. The system permits three meth ods of sample recovery; analytical continuous monitoring (e.g., polyso mal profiles), preparative discontinuous method and direct recovery of visible bands.
